dan disebabkan ianye dah jadik feveret...maka aku slalu gak la masak paprik ni kat rumah...
kalau bahan-bahan nye cukup laa....

disebabkan aku tak balik rumah minggu ni so takde la gamba hiasan....
ni gune "imaginasi" (sile ikut nada spongebob) sahaje....

radas dan bahan :
minyak tanah.......eh silap....minyak masak...
ayam dipotong-potong
cili blend
sos cili
sos tiram
garam
gula
daun limau purut (btol ke name daun ni eh...)
serai
halia
cili padi (wajib ade bagi aku....hoho...)
sayur-sayuran (terpulanglah nak letak sayur pe...antara sayur yang bese aku letak : kacang panjang, kobes bunga, carrot, baby corn, brokoli)

nota 1 : aku tak letak sukatan kat sini sebab aku bese maen lempar je ape yang aku nak letak...hehe....
nota 2: ayam tu boleh digantikan dengan benda laen....contoh : daging, udang, meatball, pape jenis daging lah.....cuma ikan je yang macam kurang sesuai sket)


cara-cara menghanguskan :

1. first skali cam bese la panaskan minyak dalam kuali....nak tau minyak tu dah panas ke blom cube celupkan jari korang dalam minyak tu....pastikan jari tu bersih ye....dan kalau celup tu bia lame-lame sket....baru feel(honey)....heh heh....
2. pastu masukkan ayam....sampai die separuh masak...
   
3. kemudian tumis cili blend tuh sampai die masak....nak tau die dah masak blom cube dekatkan muke korang sedekat yang mungkin dengan tumisan tu.....dengarkan irama yang menusuk lubang idong itu... *cili blend aku besenye dah blend skali bawang merah ngan bawang putih....so bagi yang tak campur mase blend cili tu sukati la nak goreng bawang tu dulu sebelum tumis cili ke tak*
4. letak garam dan gule sesuke ati....nak letak sampai 1 balang pun bole bah...
5. letak sos cili ngan sos tiram....sambil-sambil die nak sebati tu gi ketuk serai (dalam 1-2 batang) pastu potong halia untuk dimasukkan kemudiannye...
6. dah tu masukkan la 2 bahan tadi tu....aiishh...itu pun perlu dicakap ke...
7. mase dalam proses-proses di atas slalu nye akan kedapatan yang bahan tumisan tu cam kering....so pandai-pandai la tambah air....nak tambah 1 gelen air pun bole....
8. pastu letak la daun limau purut....bau daun ni yang meningkatkan selera orang....sedap oo....sukati la nak racik-racikkan die ke....nak putus-putuskan die ke....nak clash dengan die ke.....aku rekemen kan letak dengan batang-batangnye skali....HAHAHAHA........
9. pastu ketuk beberapa gerombolan cili padi dan masukkan dalam kuali tadi....untuk rase pedas yang tahap nak mampus letak la 100 lembar cili padi...
10. pastu baru la letak sayo mayo yang korang suke..... PERHATIAN : kalau nak letak brokoli pastikan ianya sayo yang last skali anda letak....
11. biakan die masak.....jangan bagi lame sangat sebab kalau sayur dah lecur...tak nampak sedap dah....zat pun dah kurang...
12. dah siap....hidang! hohoho..... [ kalau kat dapur tu ade segale jenis serbuk lada e.g. lada sulah, lada hitam; aku dah tibai letak dah kat mane-mane step kat atas....hehe....]

nota 3 : kebanyakan step kat atas ni tak ikut turutan sangat pun....sebab macam aku cakap....aku maen lempar je amende yang terlintas kat kepale otak aku mase tu....hehe...tapi masukkan ayam dulu r baru sayo.....
dan lagi 1....kalau gune udang, silelah jangan masak lame-lame....nanti tak best udang tu....

nota 4 : kalau nak bagi lagi sedap...silelah gune kan stok ayam..... :)

RECORD HOLDER RAUL TALKED ABOUT RETIREMENT

Real Madrid veteran Raul has revealed he will start thinking about when to retire at the end of next season.

Raul equalled Real's all-time scoring record on Saturday as he helped his team to victory over lowly Numancia with his 307th goal for the club.

The 31-year-old striker has spent his entire professional career at the Bernabeu and, although he admits retirement is drawing closer, he claims he still has two or three years to give the club.

"At the moment I still have two more years on my contract," Raul told Spanish television station Cuatro. "I think that the end of next season will be the time to think and reflect on what my future will be, and above all how my legs will respond.

"If I'm feeling as I am now, I'm sure I'll continue playing football.

"It's getting closer, but I still think I have two or three years left at the level that a team like Real Madrid demands. Then it will be the time to look at the future."

He added: "Everyone says 'what's important is to go out at the top'. That's difficult because one always thinks that they can continue at a very high level, but I think this decision is arriving and I hope to make it at the best possible moment."

The Real captain has had a distinguished career in the Spanish capital and he reserved special praise for former coach Fabio Capello.

"He was the one who taught me to be more professional in the world of football," Raul said of the current England coach.
