stew bola

lame gile dah kot tak apdet blog...
visitors pun dah makin kurang.....
makne nye duet nuffnang aku pun dah jadik slow....

bile dah cuti ni die naek 25 sen je....

1. masukkan sebotol minyak masak ke dalam kuali


2. bile minyak dah panas, letak tepung gandum dalam 1 sudu penuh camtu laa...

3. godak godak godak tepung tuh dalam......setengah minit or seminit camtu.....


4. pastu tambahkan air.....aku tak tau la bape banyak air yang sesuai....mungkin......dalam 2 cawan kot......


5. letak ciken bol.....pastu letakkan sehelai kiub ayam....korang pilih le nak jename ape...knorr ke....maggi ke......tak pun gantikan dengan pati ayam....ala...yang dalam botol tuu....


6. biarkan die masak sampai tekstur die jadik camni.....


7. korang leh letak mix vege kalo nak....lagi nampak sedap....tak pun paling koman pun letak keret (carrot) yang dah dipotong dadu......hehe...

dalam gamba kat atas nih...aku letak blekpeper sebab lada sulah kat mane ntah pegi nye....
dan mase masak nih kat dapur rumah takde plak miks veji ngan keret....so stew aku ni nampak plen je r.....sebab tu aku letak daun sup....nak bagi die meriah sket....hehe.....

8. pastu tutup api....dan hidang!



sebenarnye tekstur stew ni ala-ala sup campbell tuh...
so kalo takde nasik...bleh makan ngan roti gak nih....
lagi 1....
resipi asal die gune ayam sebena nye....
tapi mase masak ni ayam takde...ciken bol je yang ade...
tibai je la........

kalau ikut resipi asal....goreng dulu ayam tu....
tapi aku ubah sket....
sebelum start step-step kat atas tadi (step 1 sampai 8 tadi tuh...)....
rebus dulu ayam...
pastu mase step 4......toskan ayam....pastu gune air rebusan ayam tu untuk tuang kat tepung yang digoreng tu....
pastu ikut step yang seterusnye....

resipi asal die cakap name masakan ni stew...
so aku name kan die stew jugak la....
sebab sebelum tu tak penah makan stew pun....

oh! lupe....
aku dapat resipi ni dari kotak kiub ayam knorr....hehe....

nasib baik laptop kesayangan ku ini tak kena infection nih....

tapi sebelum korang check yang laptop korang kena infection ke tak, pastikan korang tak guna apa-apa proxy untuk surf internet....contoh proxy tu macam kproxy, vtunnel....

tapi aku rasa kalau kat um ni dah tak pakai proxy kot....sebab friendster dah boleh buka guna wireless um ni...hehe....

dan lagi satu.....kalau guna antivirus tu...biarlah AV tu jenis yang ada self-defensive system dia sendiri....

baru dapat balik laptopku semalam.....
